Counsel to Developer on this public-private partnership with Historic Boston Inc., Roslindale Village Main Streets and the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Developer converted a former funeral home and historic MBTA electric substation into 43 units of rental housing and 7,000 square feet of commercial/ retail/restaurant space.
Providence, Rhode Island
Counsel to Developer on project comprising two towers containing 193 luxury condominiums. Waterplace is a complex land use structure where Waterplace Towers is a sub-condominium located upon a two unit land condominium shared with the Blue Cross Building of Rhode Island, both of which are located upon a long term ground lease.


East Providence, Rhode Island
Provided land use, title and land condominium counsel in connection with this mixed-use development of a 200,000 square foot mill complex (circa 1858). This project involved the preservation-driven adaptive re-use of a former industrial and brownfield facility to a mixed-use campus consisting of 89 residential apartments, commercial offices and retail space.
Lincoln, Rhode Island
Counsel to Twin River, Rhode Island’s largest gaming and entertainment venue containing over 162,000 square feet of gaming space, as well as a convention hall, the 29,000 square foot Twin River Events Center. MB&S attorneys assisted Twin River in their financings of the facility.
