MB&S represents Buyers and Sellers of real estate from the Offer through the Closing. We review the Offer and the Purchase & Sale Agreement, answer pre-closing questions, deliver accurate and timely title search services, coordinate with realtors and other real estate professionals in an effort to ensure a smooth closing.
MB&S concentrates on all areas of condominium law and condominium developments. We counsel developers on the formation of Condominiums and their management. We assist developers, engineers, architects and other attorneys on complex condominium issues and developments.
MB&S regularly acts as title counsel to other attorneys in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We assist trial attorneys on real estate related litigation, including adverse possession matters, quiet title actions, condemnations, foreclosing rights of redemption, boundary disputes and easement issues.
